(*)In accordance with the provisions of article 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th, 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and free movement of these data, Adapta Color S.L. informs you that your personal data and all related information will be incorporated and processed in a file or treatment of personal data, and whose purpose is to store the data related to customers, manage their orders, delivery notes, invoices, economic status and operating history.
Adapta Color S.L. data processing policy is legally based on Article 25 of the Royal Decree of August 22, 1885, whereby the Commercial Code is published, and in Article 2 of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, 1999, regarding of Personal Data Protection.
The data obtained will be stored for at least 6 years from the last invoice issued to the customer.
You can, at any time and in accordance with current legislation, exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, processing limitation, portability and objection by request addressed to the controller, as well as to withdraw your consent at any time. This shall not affect the treatment effectiveness based on your consent prior to its withdrawal, and your exercise of the right to present a claim before a control authority.
In case you do not wish to grant your consent, and/or the information provided is not true, Adapta Color S.L. will not be able to achieve the purpose pursued in the present data processing in a correct and efficient way.
